I just moved to a new home in the mountains so I don't have ANYTHING started yet but I just finished creating a spiral garden to plant in. In the meantime I found a great website to get herbs and spices at http://maisonterre.net/ and love the quote there: "The Earth gives us all that we need and desire." ~Evangeline Arnaud, 1794
I'm going to begin a blogger like yours to express my feelings and experiences in. See you around the blogosphere!
Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14715897450655191024noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5738694062065682753.post-21704150278937844202013-05-14T10:45:05.586-04:002013-05-14T10:45:05.586-04:00Thank you for the lovely poem. I feel the resonance when I am out in the garden working with the plants as a gardener and wildcrafter - in fact I can feel them wanting to grow for me just as much as I want them to grow and thrive! I just found a great source for herbs and spices at http://www.maisonterre.net and I love the founder's quote there: "The earth gives us all we need and desire." Just as our own human organism in proper balance gives our body all we need and desire, so too does Mama Earth. Only in the past yr have i been pulled into the sweet citrusy smelling leafy arms of a Walnut tree that I had been mowing around.I really did not know what to think of this feeling of Love emminating from this tree.I now spend a good deal of time sitting under it's boughs in conversation.I feel guilty when I have to get up and leave.I can feel his sighing. And then I reassure that I will be back and all is well.KathyMcChttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16489662876801057947noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5738694062065682753.post-35589199841939499792013-02-02T23:28:21.948-05:002013-02-02T23:28:21.948-05:00Thank you so much for this post!
